Default Tough on Crime

For those who demand the police to be tough on crime. Is this tough enough?

Yep, good enough for me.

If it makes others think twice before robbing a bank then its fine by me. I am sure the bank staff and security guards appreeciated the police response.

Great outcome, would have been better if they'd suffered a slow and painful death, but you can't have everything!

Indeed, both dead on the scene, send in the dust cart Injured on the scene and you've got th cost of the ambulance, paramedics, drugs and doctor time in hospital etc etc.

Couldn't we just leave them injured on the pavement, I don't want money wasted on ambulances!

Not really, they then become a trip hazard and somebody could sue the council for breaking their leg

Thumbs up

Only downside is that the two cops wil be taken off of duty until the shoot is proved to be all above board, so two less decent brave cops out there doing a good job.

As for the two scumbags - you chose to rob the bank and chose to carry firearms and rob a bank. they They got what you deserved then!

Good show!

I wonder if the American cops or German cops have to go through a lengthy inquiry and all the assosiated BS everytime they shoot a scumbag???

I am suprised any of our cops or indeed soldiers for that matter actually agree to carry a gun.

I know when I was a squaddie the paperwork we had to carry with us about the rules of engagement were frightning and if god forbid you actually had to fire your weapon I dread to think of the **** you would have to go through. Plus the rules changed for every single country we went to.

Its great these scumbags are dead but i dont think its a poor reflection on us that we take some time to make sure that people blown away on the high street were done so for good reason

Disobey a cops orders (esspecially and ARU officer) and you get what you deserve IMHO.

SA cops automatically get arrested for murder when the shoot someone, then get aquitted in the resultant inquiry.

This is precisely how gun crime should be treated, you use an illegal firearm, you face a police marksman, you disobay the order to lower that firearm, you die, very simple.
Good for the police!

caught red handed robbing a securicor van with a loaded gun what else could the police of done, i would imagine they must of been gesturing the firearm in the direction of the police to warrent the shots. atleast now we wont have to pay £2000 a week of our money keeping the pair of em in jail for the next 10 odd years.

result if you ask me, i also believe the death penalty should be brought back for the right offences.

lol...nice in theory but if in this (and most countries) you are not guilty until proven by a court. You cant have (and don't want) cops executing people on the basis of what they believe is "pretty conclusive evidence" (nice though that may be on occasion )
