Default last night of the proms

when this was on years ago it wa only union jacks being waived, theres all sorts there now german, maltese welsh irish

whats all that about? i thought it was a brit thing

There's lots of those damn foreign flags these days...

I found myself particularily offended by the EU 'star circle on a blue background' one.. Bloody cheek....

Apart for all that, I thought it was a bit flat this year compared to the last few.

They went through the motions, but it all seemed a bit polite and restrained.

Probably because half the audience is now made up of wealthy but clueless foreigners....

Don't know about the flags but the music has always been sh1te. I'd rather saw my gonads off with a blunt garden tool than listen to that pile of dog poo

Yep, it's not what it used to be.
It's now on the tourist "to do" lists and all this bludi linking to parks around the country have served only to dilute the experience
