Cars in general getting "keyed" (happened to you?)
Was with the missus today shopping for.... I don't know, I sat in the car
and noticed alot of "nicer" cars had been keyed!
It's not just near me the more I thought about it, it's everywhere!
How many of you has this happened to?

Had mine done in a supermarket car park. Only the drivers side front wing.
To make it worse I paid for it to be repaired out of my own pocket then had a small bump on same wing about 2 weeks later!!!!!!

Ive just got mine back from the spray shop after some muppet keyed the back panel above the rear wheel
It happened to my old car too, right the way down the left hand side, on every panel
Both times its been in a Tesco car park when ive been parked far away from the entrance with no other cars around me either
Suppose i should start using Sainsburys

happened to me too not so long back. passenger side wasfaced towards the inside of the road. someone went down the wing and front door hard enough to cause a rigde and rust after two weeks.
a few weeks later when some prat drove into the other side of the car destroying the drivers door and wing, i used some of my compo money to have the scrathed panels resprayed, and invested in a cctv system which i use everyday while in bed.

2 weeks after getting my wrx... Right outside my house (on the street) on a Saturday night... The only car on the street targetted
Normally when the kids round here rampage every car gets it (wing mirrors kicked, knock and run, etc) and a few of us blokes get tooled up and head after them, but the keying incident was a one off...

My scoob got done rather seriously. parked at work and 6 cars were done the same day...
Firstly the scoob got hit on the DRIVEWAY.. so seven weeks later it was returned (be it that i wasn't happy with the finish) Then a fortnight later i return to find the drivers side, passenger side and bonnet all keyed... i nearly cried... Even worse the driveway incident was a stolen van who were never caught and the key incident went nowhere either.... sent my insurance through the roof....

A good few years ago now my absolutely mint D reg Mk2 XR2 was keyed right down to the metal from indicator to taillight on both sides.
At the time I did not have the money to have it sprayed so I called my insurance (looking back probably the worst thing I could have done) who sent an assessor out who promptly proceeded to write the car off
The reason I was given was that as the car would need a full respray and the car was too old to justify the cost.
I now wish I had gone and taken a loan or summat to have it painted, I loved that little car

Yep, went into a shop to buy a bag or rice, 50 seconds, 99p. Came out to find a massive key mark down the wing and both doors. There were some kids hanging around outside the shop when I arrived but no one said anything etc to get the car keyed. Had a good look for the kids but they must have done a runner. £450 respray on the NS.

Never been Keyed, no.
I had the bonnet of my then Clio 172 stamped on one night. Right outside on the driveway too.
It was when I still lived at home with my parents, and I'm sure it was a lad in the Village who just didn't like me. I couldn't prove it was him so couldn't go round and politely kick the **** out of him.

My C70 T5 got done outside a mates house, it was along the full side of the car, the car was mint so i thought right better get this fixed, bill for £400 but a cracking job. Two weeks later parked at a stunt show and came out to find it had happened again on the same side!
Don't think i've ever felt as gutted and angry, think i would have ripped their arms off if i caught them!
