Default cheap van insurance ?

Just had the quote through for the Navara from Admiral, and they want £720 for the year.. Had a quick look, but they all seem rather high..

Anyone any sugestions for some cheaper cover ?

Think the price is down to the fact that Rach is not quite 25 yet, and she is a named driver. However it is still alot more than what I paid for the same cover for my Civic Type R last year, which I find rather annoying !

Tempted to swap it for something a little quicker if I am going to be paying this much, but find the load space really useful..

(New Scooby quote came in a shade over £1k)

Same here - A Plan cover our vehicles. (I believe the New L200 is around £400). Commercial Vehicle Direct wasn't to bad last year either.

NFU and CIS seem to be quite good for truck insurance as well.

Don't forget, a fair few policy's are considered commercial on trucks. They let you bring your no claims bonus to them, but you can't take it back to a car. If you are thinking of swapping back soon, best ask the question when being quoted.

All my commercials are insured through Quote Line Direct. I am a courier and no one else gets close to thier prices.

Budget van insurance for me

My 56 plate Navara cost me £300 and my Vauxhall Combo cost £146.

Used Budget for building and contents insurance at home and saved £385 compared to Halifax renewal quote!

Smart people BUDGET!
