I went to Cancun 3 years ago come this september! was a great holiday. The people are nice and the beaches are sweet ad the food is great also Theres plenty to do if it's Cancun you had in mind, Very lively lots of good bars and nightclubs. Also visit Xcaret kinda like a Mayan theme park, I also did a speedboat/snorkle dya trip which was amazing, They give you a boat then take you out to a coral reef to snorkle where you see lots of lovely fishes You do get lots of Americans there as it its their equivalent of a spain holiday to us.Overall i would reccomend.

Don't go to Cancun - it's like Benidorm... If you want the best hotel in that area , go here (it's about 30mins south of Cancun):

Excellence Cancun Resort and Spa

It's the only holiday hotel that I've ever returned to!
