Default I need a Syringe

No not for drugs. I need one so I can bleed the hydro brakes on my R/C car.

Where would I get one from?

You can buy them from Boots (pharmacy). I took several of them with me when I went wandering around Borneo as the local ones are reused all the time. Thankfully I didn't need them.

They are not dangerous (as such, wouldn't fancy one in my eye!), so there are no restrictions on the sale of them.

If they don't, take your R/C car in, open the packet and bleed the brakes in the middle of the isle. Then pay for the goods That way its quite clear what you are using it for. I'd also spark the car up and give her a run just to make sure the brakes are working

Here's betting after syringes were used in the detonaters of the recent bombs that you'll need 2 forms of ID and a letter from a local magistrate before you can buy one

A lot of fishing tackle shops stock them mate. Anglers use them for injecting baits with air to make them bouyant, injecting oils into baits for added attraction and for adding critical levels of liquids to bait mixes.
