Maybe it's me but I really don't think the new site is at all user friendly, first they try and rip me off by not transferring my pluspoints, then it goes from 1500 to 2000 before you get any rewards, then you only get the rewards quarterly (got no idea when the quartlerly date is !!!),

I haven't had a new card yet either, but I heard that V-power cards were being treated differently to 'normal' pluspoints cards?

You don't get a new card if you've got a V-power one.
I think its great that they've changed the points system. I sold my impreza so theres no way I would get 750 litres in a quarter for the bonus, but now I don't need to!

I have been collecting points on the old shellpluspoints system forever, but when i recieved this new 'drivers club' card, it told me i have no points! Everytime i try and use the site to transfer the old points, the site doesnt work!
Think im gunna give up with the hole thing

Yep me 2. No transactions on my statement yet but my points keep going up. I always make sure transactions appear before I bin receipt as plenty of times in the past they dont make it onto my account even (the amount of drivers who must lose hundreds of points this way is a disgrace). Ive emailed them 4 times with no response. Utter crap tbh.

Only collect them as local Shell is always cheapest petrol anyway.

You don't lose your old points. You can select to transfer them on the NEW site. However, you can still log in to the OLD site and claim rewards if you wish.
