I leave it up to her, but she is never here longer than 3 1/2 - 4 hours and has the job "spot on"
I think after the general hooverng etc, the bigger jobs like windows etc she does on a rota. She doesn't do them every week.
Messy rooms like the kids bedrooms she does once a fortnight

Personal recommendation and pay £6 per hour.
A guy at work had an iPod and PS2 go missing then his cleaner went AWOL and he had to change all his locks. He went via an agency. There is always the unknown element of the agencies that worry me.
