Free Will Template?
I think that it's time I got a will sorted, and the GF too. We don't have much of an estate, or kids etc, so I was thinking that there's no point paying a professional to re-hash a standard template.
Anyone know any good templates which could help?
I'll obviously also welcome all the posters advising to see a solicitor too etc.!

Saw the title and thought you were after a dsktop from the 'Free *****' film .... Oh, the mind works in mysterious ways ... especially mine at my age
As for wills, I believe WH Smith do a kit and you can get them online.
Personally, and I see you wholeheartedly welcome this advice (!!), I would see a solicitor as they are bound to bring up something that isn't mentioned on the forms. Even if they ask 'well, have you thought about this?' and you remember something that wasn't in the online kit ....
For what it's worth .....

no money no kids - any online will will do.
going to a solicitor is like taking your rollerskate to a mechanic for a service.

Seeing as they know much more about it than you do, wills cost hardly anything and you get the benefit of their insurance if they **** it up. I'm struggling to see the wisdom of your argument. But as you say - you'll be dead do who cares.
Thought about an enduring power of attorney for instance? Do you know why it's preferable to do one now rather than leave it? Thought not....
For peace of mind - go to a professional mate.

I guess I have no idea what it would cost to get it professionally sorted; anyone know a very rough figure to get two simple wills produced?
