FTSE 100 and 250 all in the red again. Is this the beginning of the downturn?

nah-im just riding out the ridges-must admit not pleasant watching over last few days tho-but hey-think long term

I do'nt know enough to play long/short bets. I have a portfolio that is losing, I should have cashed out a few days ago but held on. Question is am I seeing a buying opp?
