its not only women, its generally older people in my now VAST experiance of dealing with them.
had a classic yesterday when an old woman asked me to read out the price board as "my eyes are not what they used to be"
i had took my contacts out in the morning and i could still read the sign
mandatory retests should be done ASAP IMO
