It gets a lot worse when you include the surveys they've done about knowledge of STDs.

I think our highest teenage pregnancy rate in europe is a pretty good indication that we know about sex, the problem is contraception or if I'm cynical the current incentives we have in place to encourage teenage girls to get up the duff and spend the rest of their lives being paid by the government for doing so.
