Angry So Angry it makes you feel like crying

Not much makes me go weepy, usually my kids if they are in pain but I was so angry last week, we had the couple with the 4 year old disabled daughter who they locked naked in the bathroom and fed her her own excreta amongst other torturous incidents.

BBC NEWS | England | London | Couple jailed for child torture

And now today this, it's just too horific to comprehend

BBC NEWS | England | West Yorkshire | Man held over murder of toddler

I just can't get my head around this, the horror is so unimaginable.

It is very hard to imagine how anyone can do something along these lines. It is pure bestial behaviour to assault a bay sexually and also to cause death is just incredible.

Anyone caught doing this sort of thing desrves to be strung up but these days the best we could hope is that he might just get imprisonment for a spell!

Having a 2yo it is truly incomprehensible and physically sickening.

In the first story the longest sentence was only 11 years!!!

Bring back tougher consequences. Executions or castration. I'd vote for that!

It is incomprehensible, but you can bet your bottom dollar that the person who was abusing the baby was abused as a child too. Maybe only someone who is abused, could be capable of such hideous acts.

If we are to find any thing positive from this...then maybe with this baby dying a chain of abuse may have been broken.

Red face

It just makes me so angry ans soo upset to see this and to think that people can do this.

Jenny was in tearts when she hear the report on the news about the girl with Cerebal Palsey and how she was abused and tourtured and i felt sick to my stomach.

I heard about the second poor little girl on the radio this morning and words fail me. How can people do this - to a child FFS.

I just hope she did not feel to much pain and suffering.

This just makes me so angry and so upset that this can happen.

These are kids, little defenceless kids, they deserve so much better.

I just cannot comprehend how people can do things like this

RIP Casey Leigh Mullen

I hope the animals that did this suffer a fate worse that death and that wil be too good for them.

What I am trying to say is, we all feel desperately sorry for abused kids, and then we want to kill them when they go on and abuse as adults.

Something very wrong in how the abuse gets dealt with.

I agree with the theory that if abused you will become the abuser in later life, not all but sadly a high percentage will, but to say it's positive "then maybe with this baby dying a chain of abuse may have been broken" is rubbish, are you saying because it died it wont go on to abuse hence the cycle was broken, because thats how it reads, I doubt his mother would take much comfort from that thought either.

If something could be done to help the abused from becoming abusers then that would be a positive but how in the hell will that happen, I doubt it's top of the list of suggestions down at the NHS HQ.

I cannot see any good from a child dying other than these animals (whoever they are) should go away for a long time if not for ever and not be able to do this again.

As for this poor child going on to be an abuser - how absurd, not all kids do and I just cannot see this as consolation in any way, shape or form and little consolation for her family and friends!

I have a friend who was abused as a child (by a family member) and has gone onto raise a family of three with their partner. they have lovely well balanced kids, well looked after and loved by doting, responsible parents. If anything they are slightly overcautious with other people around their children but no so the kids notice (if you see what i mean), perhaps not such a bad thing in this day and age!

That couple are going to have a seriously bad time in prison.

Child molesters/killers are treated with utter contempt by other inmates.

Prison isn't enough but they'll suffer big time - Sick, sick people.

Paul, calling then "Animals" is grossly incorrect. Animals generally behave with much higher standards.

They are, in fact, "humans" and are just a tragic and extreme example of what the human race is easily and all too commonly capable of.

You are absolutely right, it was the best i could do without upsetting the swear filter - human faeces is closer to the mark.

I know i keep saying this but it just makes me so angry and upset at the same time!
