Want to download a track to use as a ring tone, don't know how too, any ideas guys, The phone I have is a Nokia N70.

Best way is to use a Nokia USB data cable that came with your phone. If using XP, you can plug the phone in, connect at a spare USB port, and XP will automatically install the drivers. You can then view the memory card through 'My Computer' as if it was a removable drive. Simply drag and drop. Option 2 is to install Nokia PC Suite. This will install the correct drivers, and allow you also to view multimedia files from the phone, remove pictures etc using a wizard type interface. You can either (A) convert your file to MP3 first, or (B) From memory I think Nokia PC Suite may convert for you.

I'd do it via bluetooth. Have you got a bluetooth dongle for your PC? if not I would think about purchasing one. So much easier to transfer data between PC and phone
