No more than we already knew. Breakdown of family values and responsible parenting, binge drinking (being better than the Irish is nothing to boast about) and more consumer orientated values than US teens.
They really have reached the bottom.

I wonder how much the "consultants" in the Think Tank were paid for that incisive statement.
