Why not involve the police? Theres no proof the boys actions caused any damage yet theres plenty of proof this Bam fella trashed the boys car.

Guy decides to do some donuts in someone elses lambo, which breaks the gearbox costing £17k to repair/replace, then gets his knickers in a twist when the guy take revenge on his sh1tty 306.

Serves the ****** right. If it had been my Lambo (I wish) I'd have took a baseball bat to every panel of his sh1tty car. Then his head.

The guy took his car without consent and decided to thrash it about. Imagine anyone on here dropping their car off at the dealer, then watching them do handbrake turns around the car park in it. You'd be ******* livid.

Bam Margera ( what a tw@t name ) should be done for criminal damage. I cant see how he can prove the Lambo's gearbox was wrecked by a few donuts, especially as there must be loads of footage of him driving his Lambo on Gumballs and not poodling around at 30mph while doing it!
This whole thing reeks of a publicity stunt to me.

As mentioned elsewhere, it would be hard to prove that's what damaged the gearbox - however, that's not the point is it? If he wanted to sue him for the gearbox, that's what he should have done. Instead he has taken the law into his own hands, caused criminal damage and deserves to be brought to justice.

The irony is that Margera is able to buy a Gallardo because he gets paid to do stupid stuff on TV, but when some lad does something stupid to his Lambo he can't see the irony of it all.

Presumably, Margera would understand if this lad thought it was now his turn to get his own revenge, say by beating him to a pulp...

You are totally right the law is the law, and as he twoc'ed the Lambo he should be punished by the law, ITS the publishing thats mad.
If he had come round and beat the guy to death with a baseball bat and published that would he be excempt from the law!!!

MY point was they are all ***** but if my car had been damaged with evidence then I would press charges.

Yes but the Jackass guy's only do things to each other, plus anything broken that is not part of their stunt props (a member of the publics) then the production company would cover any costs.

There was that Hire car stunt that they wrecked, but again I bet the production company paid for everything.

Margera is a skater, (a pretty $hit hot one at that), a good few years ago he along with a few other friends\skaters created the CKY video series which follows a long tradition of bmx\skate vids of combining riding with d!cking about...all this is long before Knoxville and Jackass\MTV started to make money out of it.

The second Jackass movie has just been released so Margera et al are all over here for the premier; the cynical will probably say this is just publicity but its probably just Margera getting his own back. He is a petrol head, he had an S4 and a 360 before the Lambo...if the pug is being used for publicity then the owner would have had to sign a release and will be getting paid.

Let's put it this way, if someone started arsing about in your car and this caused the gearbox to fail, would you be a tad pissed off and wish revenge?

I'd say it's probaby just a publicicty stunt, or the guy is trying to claim it is. As others have said, Bam would usually stick around to see the outcome. I'd be interested to see the video of this, mainly to see and hear whose in it. I'd expect it to be Bam and at least Ryan. Also the aspect of not reporting it to the police, why wouldn't you do that? If you're upset about it, then report the chap, it's not like they won't know where to find him is it, plus video evidence could prove he or one of his friends did it.

Some of the comments on the other thread are quite funny. Getting a cheap car and smashing into his lambo. Go ahead, Bam's got enough cash to just replace it, so he won't care too much. If he can happily take a power saw to it then he'll not be too fussed about someone wrecking it. If he does, well, rest assured that he will probably have a pretty good legal team who'll see to it that you'd get proper ****ed

The Lambo is in Jackass 2 (Bam uses it to pull one of Don Vito's teeth out)
