Default sending parcel to Taiwan

Does anyone know where to get a customs form that I need to send a parcel abroad.

To me and possibly to many others here it probably seems slightly incredulous that you've sold something back to where it came from

If you use DHL, UPS, etc then they carry the relevant forms in their vans so you can fill it in there and then (dont seal the parcel beforehand as they'll need to inspect the contents)

lol thanks for the comments guys it was actually one of the first cd players build by meridian in this country about 15 years ago anyone into hifi will know what it is.
