Dublin - Where to stay
Mates have had this idea of weekend away and Dublin has been picked
Any suggestions where to stay?
We will want somewhere near the main scene but not too close.
Price is a major factor, we want somewhere reasonable. I dont want to stay in a 1* Hostel but my cheapskates mates probably would to save money. 3 * minimum!
Any places where we should go to too? pubs, clubs, restaurants, etc

jurys hotel in christchurch right in the centre of town all u need right outside and its about 130 a night go on the web site and find out and depends what type of clubs your into

dublins not a place for cheapskates! it's stupidly expensive.
as for hotels, try camden court - 5 mins walk away from st stephens green, stayed there for weeks on end on business.

Try the Comfort Inn .New hotel ,nice and clean
Its in Spitfields area I think ,taxi man will know .
About £100 i think for b and b .
10 min walk from Temple bar area .
Nice Indonesian restaurant in the Templebar area and a nice lap dancing club full of Poles and Czechs with big toots !!!!!!!!
Just been there last week .It was a Thurs night but quite busy and friendly.For a late night drink try the Viper room DISCO.Gets busier as it gets later .Packed when it was clear out time at 0430 hrs in the morning .!!!
Enjoy!!!!!! I did.

stayed here a few times The Academy Hotel, Dublin City Hotel, Rooms from €33.50 per person, Save up to 77.30% by booking online with CentralR fairly good place,clean and comfortable rooms......plus a good brecky in the morning.

Last time we went we stopped at the Airport hotel which we got off Ryanairs website hotel page for £30 !!! 90 on the door
7 minute ride bt taxi for £8-9 when drunk
bus in morning was 80p big posh rep style hotel all mod cons food wasdecent and not two expensive
only one club angels
to spend your money on
