Lightbulb Anyone know hebrew??

Im wanting a tatoo at the top of my back but wanting it to mean something rather than the usual celtic style everyone else seems to have.

As you can probaly tell from my username my name is matthew, which when translated into hebrews mean's "gift from god" im wanting this on the top of my back with angel wings at either side but cannot find a translation of 'gift from god' anywhere. Can someone help??

cheers

mat

Yeah sorry mate, did you get back with her or dump the cow? I would just double check your hebrew phrase's that people come up with on here. Or more than likely you will be going around with "i sucky sucky for fifty dollar" on yer neck

So you want to know what is Hebrew for "gift from god"?

Err.....I'd have a guess at "matthew".

Went to Google

Typed "English to Hebew"

Selected the second link in the list and job done

I suggest that searching for "sweet girls who take it in the pink" probably wasn't going to get you the best result

Here you go: -

English to Hebrew

Are you saying you can't open that page?

It has no Hebrew characters on it.

I guess it is all down to dialect and transliteration.

When I put it in it said "GAB FON GOT"

So not a million miles away!

Go to Hebrew to English

Enter what I put and you get Gift from God

Id consider asking a Rabbi; you can rely on them not to take the **** and a working knowledge of Hebrew may be more accurate.
