This place has been on the market for AGES. Still no-ones bought it. Maybe they need Colin & Justin in to help get it into shape so it'll sell quicker.
Personally, I can see it being converted and turned into a hotel.

Oh, and just to add we have a local around here that has done something possibly more stupid (although on a smaller scale).....
...he won the lottery, which is nice for him. He decided to knock his own house down and rebuild a much nicer one , nothing wrong there either. It all been done really nicely, looks fantastic, and he now wants to sell for £1.5m......only nobody is interested..
Why? Cos the stupid ****** built the house 5 metres away from a large active scrap metal yard, 10 metres away from a busy 3 lane road and 500 metres away from a cement plant and the local rubbish dump. Oh, and its the only house in amongst this wonderful scenary...
