Convert both images to CMYK, desaturate the colour in the B&W one. Use lasso tool to select the face and feather edge by 30 pixels. Drag onto poster image and rotate and scale to fit (reduce opacity of new layer to make it easier, put back after). Use eraser tool with a soft edged brush on both layers to tidy up and then use curves to adjust the face layer, adding magenta and yellow until it matches. Convert back to RGB and flatten layers.
