yeah but I dont think you can look at your pics with it though. No colour screen.

The nano has a colour screen, I know you can put images on there - I have a lot of the album covers on there. I think its only the new iPods (think the newest are 4th generation) 30gig ones that can play movies.

Here are some other boring facts I learnt. Apple will give a 10% student discount if you ask (don't know what proof is needed). Apple extended - extra year - Warranty is £39. Apple will also price match but to a maximum of 10%.
Apple price for 30 Gb IPod is £219. But is you go to www.pixmania.com it is £173 (plus £4.00 p/p) and they give a 2-year Warranty as standard. dl

Re the education discount - you need a .edu or .ac.uk style email address or do the order online from with an educational establishment - they check the IP address
