Yep, 3's call centres drive me mad.
Not had any problems with the web on 3 though. The N80 will also pick up WiFi hotspots so is not entirely network dependant.

i have a 3g data card in my laptop on T-Mobile "web`n`walk" its just awsome.
£20 a month for unlimited useage and if i am near a hotspot (which there are loads of i get home broadband speeds 4-600k.
best value package i could find as the orange equivilent is £40.
if you want any info pm me
i also got a free 3g data card as i signed up for 18months.

If you have a card/phone that can do HSDPA you will get over a meg with Web and Walk. You need to get Tmobile to enable it by call their call centre.
And you don't need 'Pro' to access it.
I am actually with Orange but am going to get a Tmobile SIM so I can have the £1 a day unlimited access with HSDPA which I have on my SPV 3100

im with tmobile flext 35 its pooh im getting a new phone today its a choice of the sony ericsson k800i or the nokia n73 anyone got any of these are they any good???
