Default Turkey.

Well im off to Turkey next Monday,in light of the recent bombing's over there should i be worried.Im in the frame of mind that says ,don't be worried but the turkish terrorists have issued a statement saying'Tourists don't come to Turkey' as there will be more bombings.I am going to calis beach and its not as big as the resorts that were targeted but it's still worring.

I'd rather be bombed whilst happy on holiday than bombed sitting on my hoop at home.

I'd be no more worried about going to Turkey than I would be about going to London.

I only booked my flight after the bombings (saved a fortune) and I'll be 30 ft underwater most of the time so Im not worried

Umm no I cant

oh ok the only company I would touch is EDC. www.europeandiving.co.uk but thats probably cos Im a newbie and the guys there have done a great job looking after me - very professional but a good laugh too.

You can call them on 0161 408 2828 which they pay for to go through to the Fethiye office if you have any queries in advance. Vicki who runs the office is a top girl. They are located a good ten minute walk down the harbour from the centre of Fethiye - not sure where the water taxi drops you off?

Diving in Fethiye is not great - in fact a mate has just been in cornwall and said it was 100 times better......

Sounds obvious, but some people will cancel their holidays, some people won't..... The British response should be to think f c uk them and we'll go as we're free to do so and shouldn't allow them to scare us, we've had to live with this **** to some degree most of our lives, but when it boils down to it, I'd think carefully.......

Watched Ronin again last night. to quote De Niro "When there is any doubt, there is no doubt."
