Anyone do isometric exercise?
I've been using a bullworker on an off for almost a year. Forget weights, this is the way forward. Isometrics = real muscle strength per mass of muscle.

Bullworker? Thats a blast from the past! One things for sure people like Arnie advertising *didnt* use them to build the huge physiques they had using isometrics, its similar to static contraction training isnt it (someone more knowledgeable will step in) and it something that has had mixed results.

I do this one now and again in the privacy of my own home as I'd look a real *** down the gym doing it
