Question

I'm looking for a website or 2 which shows me how to do various exercises like sit-ups, press-ups, exercises to do at home, that kind of thing.

I've been doing situps every day for the past 2 weeks and a waist is beginning to emerge, so I need to work on the rest of my body before I look really odd.

Ta!

I wouldn't say that's a problem.
I think the exercises are fairly universally applicable, don't let the name put you off. The videos are more about correct form and giving you ideas than making you look like Arnie.
The site really requires broadband though...
