Dependency or Independency Tolerancing BS8888
Hi all
This will be boring for those not in Top Flight Engineering, but, anyone who is - have you decided between Dependency or Independency Tolerancing Policies yet??
Which did you choose and why??
What are the main concerns??
Pete

As ive said before in the real world we make things that work, you have a product that may work if the sum of a host of other things work, so you build in loads of redundancy just in case, you still cant tell 100% whether it will work on the day though can you
Top flight engineering, dont make me alugh !! i,m working with the remnants of our old state sytem of engineers, if you can tie your shoelaces and get it wrong you get promoted, sit behind a desk.

Would you like to cut and paste an explanation from where you found that on the Net PSL?
Unless you can explain it in your own words of course!

These threads where psl pretends to be an engineer are funny
Glad someone spotted my psl is dead post, it really deserved it's own thread at the time!
Sorry if any of the family of the dead are on here, no offence intended truly.
