My fave home-made smoothie
4-6 ice cubes
Handful of frozen blueberries (Tescos do these)
Handful of frozen raspberries
One large scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 large banana
3/4 Pint of apple juice
1/4 pint of Orange Juice
Whizz until blended (about 2 mins).
Lovely lovely lovely :-)
Has the benefit of not needing to keep anything in that goes off, as bananas are always around for the kids and the rest of the fruit is frozen.

I found a cool place for smoothies...
The local garden centre has a little food hall, and there is also a farm shop in a nearby village which has a similar set up. They do loads of gourmet-ish frozen stuff, including all sorts of loose frozen fruit
I'm stocking up next week
