There arent any cheats for gt3.......unless you have a gameshark.........or AR TYPE THING.........sorry.....

Although there is this.....

When you enter a race series......really good for the long proffesional races this......and you want all the cars....

If you have 2 memory cards,save just before the last race, then continue to next race, win the race and if you get a car that you want, save on to memory card 2......then load back in memory card 1 and complete the last race again to win......if its another car you want, go to your garage and trade the previous car that you won that is on memory card 2, onto your memory card 1........then save onto memory card 2......load memory card 1........and continue.........
In the end you will have all the cars you want from that race.........and you can just "buy" them from memory card 2......

Sounds compicated i know......but trust me it works.......and is very useful on those 15-20 lap proffesional races.......you only need to do them once to get all 4 cars..........ive got about 134 cars in my garage......... hope this helps...

Not really a cheat, but, get yourself a decent 4WD car (scoob/evo/skyline) mod it up. Enter the rallies. Just go full whack into every corner, making sure you are near the outside edge. You will fly round the corner a lot faster than taking it properly and you should win the races easily.

This will give you all the rally cars + the pikes peak escudo for completing all the rallies.

Then go and do the endurance race round the oval circuit in the pikes peak with biggest stage turbo conversion (will take it up to 1800bhp). Don't bother changing tyres, just use the walls at the end to keep you going round.

One of the cars you can win is the Polyphony F1 car. Once you have this, it opens most of the game up.

And an oldie but goldie.......use the Escudo to do the last endurance race.......have it tuned to 1800 bhp ish......then before you start the race......change the right analogue stick so that acelerate is to the left and the right stick is for turning left and right........then get a small elastic band once the race has started- and put it round both sticks to pull them together ....you will hit the wall but still carry on........come back in about an hour........and you have won the race......good because the track is boring .......and you win a car.......and the chance of getting a F1 CAR...and always a good way of getting some $$$$$$.....by the way....dont even bother pitting.
