Yes it is, dirty old place, hate it personally and its twice as busy as Blackpool usually is on a Bank Holiday. You'll crawl all the way in pay a fortune to park and it'll be blady cold. For the time and distance theres much better places on the West Coast for you

Lincoln itself is pretty good, especially if you've never been.

Decent shopping, castle, Cathedral, Steep Hill, parking not exorbitant, decent eating, and some good bars/clubs at night.

Aye Lincoln isnt too bad I suppose, spent half of my night in the cells though so Id avoid the clubs next time bars were good though, some good places. If your after a coastal place Id suggest Great Yarmouth over Skeggy. although I havent done a night out around there so wouldnt have a clue what its like. how about hire a boat out for the weekend on the Norfolk Broads

Hmmmm Lincoln never thought of that, Great Yarmouth could be a possibility as well.

Lincon a lot better shout than Yarmouth. If you think Skegness is bad, you aint seen nothing.

Lincoln or Norwich would be the only viable alternatives if you are in this neck of the woods.

Its all pedestrianised in the city centre, shouldnt have a problem following the crowds, if your in the area Nottingham is as good a night out as Lincoln.

Been Nottingham - didn't like it, too much R&B for my liking

Wow, never thought I'd see Lincoln recomended as a night out!
Anyway, it depends what sort of place you're looking for.
The area round the Brayford Pool's got some nice places in it.
From the Bailgate on's where all the better places are as you work your way up the high street.
There's some nice pubs around the cathedral area to.

Try Blackpool Plenty of bars with transexual acts and lots of ladyboys for those who are not quite sure

I am going with a couple of "friends" this weekend

p.s.

If anyone does go look out for the black MY04 STI with a pink tax disc holder and two pink fuffy dice hanging from the interior mirror (They match the nice sexy gold wheels!!!)
