Haven't done recently but I used to laugh quite a lot in my sleep....even used to wake myself up laughing!

I laugh in my sleep every now and again, its normal isnt it?

Just like grunts and other noises you make when in REM sleep.

What I dont like is the falling feeling you get sometimes when falling asleep, makes you jump up thinking your about to hit something...or is that just me??

I often dream whilst asleep and dunno what but wake up suddenly witht he urge to kick a football. Seriously I'll wake up whilst feeling like Im making a pass and move my leg really sudden. Kicked the misses once or twice but shes always been asleep and never woken up. No dear, dunno where you got that bruise from

Apparently I have a full blown conversation but it is at 3 times normal speed !!
Realy freaked the missus out to start with. She says that she can pick out words but thats it?? keep saying we need to try to record it so I can listen to it to see if I can work it out.
