How to stop parking in Private Car Park??
We have a woman who continuously parks in our car park (as there are no gates to stop her.) We have tried various notes asking her to stop. These have been continuously ignored.
Where can I get extremely sticky, and difficult to remove banners to attach to her windscreen? I have seen these in the past and they take so long to remove that she will not park there again after the first application.

Put a "warning, clamping in progress" sign on her windscreen and if she ignores it next time, clamp here at charge £500 for the release of her car.
Job done, you get £500 and she won't park there again!!

You could always get a cheap wheel clamp and apply it to her car, along with a note telling her not to park there and who to contact to have the clamp removed.

Put a BIG chain across the entrance an lock her in.
Have a few sets of keys for the pucka users, but keep the chain locked except for direct usage. She'll get pi$$ed off after a week
I take it you have signs up detailing the private parking/land etc
Just watch what u do, she could turn it round on you, tho unlikely.

For about 12 months now we have had a licensed clamper operating in our car park. There is a Private Parking sign which people ignore, there are numerous signs warning of clamping.
One problem we have is that the car park is shared with 3 businesses one of which is a Chinese restaurant. We have signs warning people not to use the private spaces and only use the 3 allocated spaces outside the Chinese.
Naturally people ignore this and Mr Clamper turns up and gets the job done in a few seconds. £120 release fee.
Do it because its great entertainment My office looks out over the car park and the arguments are great to relieve a bit of boredom. Even funnier when the clampee goes into the Chinese to complain and the Chinese send them to us - we just say its nothing to do with us and if you raise your voice to me one more time the police will be called.
On his first week he clamped a guy well known for not taking any sh*t from anyone. When the clamper called the police and gave the name on the side of the van, 3 police cars turned up and 6 officers arrived to sort it out - and even then they hesitated before taking on the one guy.

Using your best Oirish accent, call the building managers and tell them you have planted a device in (insert car reg here) and they have 10 minutes to get out. The army will show up abd blow it up on your behalf. Works a treat over here anyway

Wait till she parks up, then hire a skip for a few days. Block her in with it so she can't drive off. Just leave it there for 3 days or so.
She won't park there ever again

I live in a block of 12 flats which is joined to a separate block of 12. Each flat has a numbered parking space in a carpark at the rear. Facing the carpark there's 4 houses who used to often have visitors who parked on any vacant spaces in the car park. On several occasions i was unable to use my own space so i got in touch with the management company. The 4 houses also come under the management company. Every home owner and tennant was sent a letter which politely requested that visitors did not use the car park. The letter also stated that a clamping company would be called in if the illegal parking continued. That did the trick; as far as i know, there hasn't been a problem since. Geoff.

Beware putting a sticker on the windscreen, as you will get arrested for criminal damage (speaking from experiance).
But if you still want to go ahead an effective windscreen sticker can be made from a large A3 piece of flo card with the words "DONT ****ING PARK HERE AGAIN" cover the rear of the card with superglue, UHU and if possible POLYURETHENE glue attach to windscreen and wait for it to dry,
Also something that is really good (depends on age of card) snap of several match sticks in to the locks (keys will never fit again )
and the old favourite dog **** on a stick under the door handle
