First Barbie of the season
Yes you clowns it was sunny up in Scotland today & it was brilliant.
Managed to get the BBQ pulled out & fired up, though i think fired up is a bit strong seeing as its gas
Anyways i digress, the beer has been flowing since 1pm & i feel all the better for it
What a day & may i take the time out to thank God for the sunshine today
(I didnt do grace while destroying loads of chicken)

LOL - just been playing with the kids (just to give you the picture of my frame of mind!). Saw this and thought of the doll 
Was tempted to do the same yesterday, but we took the kids to our annual endurance of the pikey May Fair......

Had a wee family BBQ yesterday too!
It was a cracker of a day with a slight breeze so I didn't notice that I got sun burnt whilst building the new table, hamock and all that ****e.
3 BBQs fired up, a fair old crowd and 12 hours later it was all over...well, until this morning when the clear up operation began.
If I could be half way arsed I would fire another one up now ! Excellent weekend....and whatsmore all my glazing is still intact

Second barbie this afternoon, more rib eye steak in teriyaki marinade, bratwurst sausages and Costco burgers all ready.
Also another case of Artois Bock and some Belle-Vue raspberry beer and this is just what I'm fetching over.
