http://www.hometech.com/video/av.html (though you probably want something a little closer to home. You could try Sevenoaks Sound and Vision to see if they have any.

You could probably link two sets of cables together using female to female connectors, not sure how much it would effect the signal quallity though.

Similar thing for USB. You could get a 5M Active cable extender (listed on maplins site) and use that in conjunction with a 2 M extension cable to give you 7M in length.

Have you tried E-bay, I've bought a few cables from there from a company called Houndcables and the service has always been excellent.

Looking at houndcables, I found this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Joiner-Extende...QQcmdZViewItem

So you could join 2 sets together, or:

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/HoundCables...QQftidZ2QQtZkm

looks like you can get 2, 5, 10 and 15 meter lengths, so that might do you.

you will be lucky to find anything descent at the size your after in the shops !!and if you do £££ your best bet is ordering them online. i have just paid £70 for cables online, and i would hate to think of the price i would of paid in the shops as most were 10m even an optical cable

i was impatient as well until i seen average quality cables are £20-30 each, soon makes you think that you can wait. i bought 6 cables a component, subwoofer,s-video and 3 optical cables. price those up in the shops if you can find them as they were all good standard all 10m long as they have to routed under the floor
