Text message problems ?
Hi
Anyone else having problems with their text messages ? Messages are saying they are sent but not being received.
It doesn't seem to be isolated to one network either, me & the wife are on vodafone and messages we send to each other dont come through, and we were at an Easter party earlier & others on different networks were having the same problems.

Have to say I was thinking about this earlier. Im on Vodafone (PAYG) and Ive had the same problems. The other thing is I seem to be getting is I make a call and where normally you can hear the ringing sound. It doesn't ring, but goes straight to the recipients voicemail.
I don't know, you can put a man on the moon but I cant make a decent phonecall to a mate whose less than 50 miles away.

The technology behind connecting billions of phone calls across thousands of telecom networks is many many times more complex both in terms of hardware and software.

Had something similar today when texting. Got a message "The number cannot be connected'. That was sending a message via Orange to Vodaphone. Left it for 15 minutes tried again it was fine.

Ivd had problems with O2to Orange
we had 2 phones on the table sent the message and it never appeared
My Misses sent one to me and the boys phone and i didnt get a message but he did !1
strange things at times
but its not the end of the world
10 years ago i did n't even know what a text was and still survived

try switching your phone off for twenty mins . sometimes the phone has probs connecting to the network
