just go straight through rsa motability, they will just pay for a new marquee as long as she admits liability, or if she doesnt we will tell her to get a grip and pay anyway as its her fault.

Could not agree more, wh have had three accidents in the last ten years one my fault no-one hurt

The other two involving old duffers, one nearly killed me, took the side of the Scoob - 5K damage and damaged my syatic(sp) nerve for good - why because his screen misted up and he tried to clean it whilst doing 40mph and tore intro me nearly a head on - but for me swerving.

Other an old duffer ran into the car at Tescos and tried to drive off, Jenny stopped him and exchanged details, he then denied it but fortunaltley we managed to claim - £ 750.00 - ****!

Surely it's just a 3rd party claim on their car insurance - like if they drove into the side of your house, or your pushbike, or whatever? It was their car that did the damage, doesn't matter what to.

this all confused me, if i bend my car then it is all done with my car insurance
but i did not have a clue what to do in this situation.

RSA were very helpful and they seam to be sorting everything out
i have already started looking at replacements, as i need one for poor weather or i will lose trade.

i have a incident report form at work that the driver filled in and the damage to the car and my property is outlined on it.

should be fine
