new fines
well it was on the radio today that there is going to be an adjustment to fines such as littering, letting your dog foul the pavement and putting your wheelie bin out on the wrong day !!! all fines are going up to about £80-100

The wheely bin one makes me laugh. At Christmas when the collection day changes and no-ones quiet sure when the bin men are coming, they'll be hundreds of geeky little council workers running round fining everyone! Ironic, as they could just collect the rubbish.......

**** who litter should be fined 1000 quid. Dog owners are the worst, there should be a 10,000 fine for those inconsiderate ***** who let their dogs leave steaming piles of ****e everywhere

if someone pisses you off you can keep putting there wheelie bin out
and phoning council
