new fines
 

well it was on the radio today that there is going to be an adjustment to fines such as littering, letting your dog foul the pavement and putting your wheelie bin out on the wrong day !!! all fines are going up to about £80-100

Good. No excuse for peoples pets fouling the street or littering.

Wheelie bins though? :confused:

The wheely bin one makes me laugh. At Christmas when the collection day changes and no-ones quiet sure when the bin men are coming, they'll be hundreds of geeky little council workers running round fining everyone! Ironic, as they could just collect the rubbish.......

Nobs who litter should be fined 1000 quid. Dog owners are the worst, there should be a 10,000 fine for those inconsiderate twats who let their dogs leave steaming piles of ****e everywhere

And treble that fine for cat owners :p

Cats cover up their ****e, they dont leave it for everyone to tread in.

if someone pisses you off you can keep putting there wheelie bin out :) and phoning council

my cats always use the litter tray. they chuffing stink, and some one haslet there dirty minging dog **** near my front door. tossers:eek:

My neighbours cats use to think my garden was their litter tray!

I dont see why i should have to clear their mess?
