Healthy Food or Junk Food - which causes the worst flatulence?
I've a fondness for healthy food - but after chomping through salad and raw veg at lunchtime I can, on occasion, be somewhat 'fragrant' during the afternoons. 
Also, on Friday nights, I often partake of a pizza (Dominos Winter Warmer
) which also results in the same - ahem - condition.
So - which food would give you the least flatualence - and are any foods truly f@rt free?

I have always been a bit of a farter, but since losing weight using the Atkins diet I seem to hardly do it. When I do it always seems to be after I have eaten carbohydrates (not on full blown weight loss plan any more).
