Question Internet Concept

I have an idea for an Internet service but how do I develop the idea into something without getting ripped off bearing in mind I have no real Internet development skills? I suppose I really want an honest partner who knows about these things but how do I go about finding one?

Example. Say I thought that there was a need for a service that offered late booking accommodation and show tickets. How would I develop that into lastminute.com and keep my share of the action?? dl

David, the techie internet side of it is just 10% of the story. The rest of it is the same as any business - marketing!

I thought traders were not allowed to peddle their goods on here unless they were an authorised advertiser?

You need to think how you can build the business, then SELL to the likes of lastminute.com....that's how you make the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Dont they say success is 10% inspiration,90% persperation.I doubt there are any "great" ideas out there, the difference is between those that "make" them work, and those that dont.

Just my 10p.

- Well I didn't put up my company name - merely pointing out an often ovelooked part of application development (at least in my experience anyway). I was referring to web and application security
