Some shirt material is like blotting paper and just seems to draw it out of you. Maybe you shoud try shirts with different material, or a different composition to the ones you wear now.

Prevention would be even better, short sleeved shirts, loose fitting around the arms will let air circulate and stop you sweating so much in the first place. Talcum powder is also good, but don't go overborad with dark shirts as it might stain........... or people might just think you have a *really* bad coke problem!!

Good resource:

http://www.hyperhidrosisuk.org/

Also, go to Boots and buy some Driclor, that is the best product on the market for it. But don't go overboard with it or you'll end up like me; washing your armpits at 3am in the morning cause it's stinging so much you can't sleep

Right Gaurd or Sure for Anti-Persiprent. I find the spray better than the roll-ons in general. Roll-ons make me feel all sweaty to begin with.

Why has no-one designed a discreet absorbant pad that you "fix" under your arm?

Work in an office with no women in. Pisses me right off that they come in wearing little more than a vest then complain they are always cold so whack the heating up..... As we are pretty much required to wear a shirt and tie you end up sat there boiling your bollox off!

Wrap yourself in cling film. You'll sweat like a ***** under it, but your shirt pits will stay dry.
