Concept 300-Anyone with any Knoweldge?
#1
I have a concept 300 on my scoob.
But the thing is so sensitive. if I leave it in a car park anywhere the slightest movement near it sets it off (this I suppose is not a bad thing) but when a cat jumps on the bonnet at 3.00am like this morning i gets a little tiresome.
nyone know how to adjust the sensitivity?
I am fed up having to dis-arm the proximity sensors every now and again.
HELP

Hello,
I have either the concept 300 or 400 on my car- it is the Uk Thatcham Cat 1 anyway.
Do you have the laplink for it? My local audio dealer fitted it for me, and ran through everything on the computer to what i wanted (there is a connector in the glove compartment that he plugs it into). He set everything from there, so the easiest option is just go back and get them to sort it out.
The main sensor for it is hidden beside the gear stick ... (very well hidden). I am not fully sure about it as i don't have my manuals but you may be able to do it by putting the alarm into valley mode then inserting your pin... then running through a category of other menu's (it should all be in your book which buttons to press and when)
Sorry couldn't be of any further help,
Ian

Got my concept 300 fitted at Sound City in Worthing.
The sensor is hidden in the car, usually in the centre console where the handbrake sits.
It can be adjusted with a small screwdriver, but I just asked them to do it for me..took about 10 mins..
any audio/alarm dealer (clifford obviously) should be able to re-set it..
