You can probably eat it without it killing you for a good few days beyond when it will still taste half reasonable. If it's an off the shelf jobbie, it probably never tasted reasonable and should just be dumped in the bin.
Personally I wouldn't keep it for more than 24 hours, but that's just me.

I am a bit paranoid about how long I keep food.
My strife made a great lasagne Sat night. I boxed and fridged what we didnt eat and was thinking I'd have it for tea tonight

If keeping your food hot for a while then if you reheat it for 5 mins above 63c it will be OK.
But you'd be better off heating it to 70 for 2mins or more to be sure.
Buy a digital food thermometer if your not too sure.

Aliens still looks fresh even today and even though i must have seen it 40+ times i still really enjoy it.
