Default Free View vs Digital

I have just recently bought a digital TV with Integratred Free view.
I am trying to determin whether it would now be worth canceling my Digital subscription and staying with FreeView. The only Digital channels i really watch are Sky one, E4 and maybe occationally there is a decent movie on one of the movie channels and i need the kids channels.
If i topped up my FreeView i can get a couple of extra Kids channels but i can't seem to find Sky one.
Does any one if i can get Skyone on Freeview as a topup or not. Not bothered about the movie channels.
What do you all think, Could save myself £30+ a month for something that i barely watch.

E4 is on freeview.

Sky One is not, and is unlikely to ever be in the near term.

...and this is precisely the reason Sky choose not to move SkyOne to freeview. There are lots of people such as yourself who are keen to hold on to the channel. They have to hold on to a competitive advantage somehow (even although my view is that SkyOne is rubbish!).

Just cancel it.
After a month without it you wont miss it.

Quite agree. Did this recently.
£50/month on the top package is £600/year. Not an insignificant amount....and for what....mostly $hite.

The freeview channels now they include E4 really do offer fantastic value for the cost of the licence fee. If there's nothing on, switch it off and do something free

As regards the kids channels, think back to when YOU were a child. Childrens programmes were on from 4pm to 6pm on a weekday, on just 2 channels, and that was it.

If you coped without 10 childrens channels 24/7, why can't your kids?
