I allways use American Airlines www.aa.com, allways seem cheapest for me , £300 Return Manchester to Miami, suppose it depends where you're going, www.expedia.co.uk is the other place to look.

If you want cheap- then fly air india. You can fly heathrow to JFK (new york) with them for around £250 return.

continental also cheap flights- check expedia too as it searches a lot of airlines.

Might be worth talking to a local travel agent as well.

Also, don't forget about the "trick" of booking a flight and hotel for a lot cheaper than just a flight, and then booking your own hotel and not using the hotel booked with the flight. Same kind of thing can be done with a rental car as well, get a flight, hotel and car deal, only use the flight and car, book your own hotel.

Does also depend on where you're flying to and from, and whether you want a direct flight or not.
