How much do the rest of Europe pay for a Euromillions ticket?

I was looking at the exchange rate on http://www.xe.com. At the time of looking, the exchange rate of 1.46333 euro's to the pound, the ticket should cost 2.195 euro's. If my guess is correct they'll most likely round it down to 2 euro's. So that would mean we are paying more in this country than the rest of Europe.
With the millions of tickets sold in the UK, where did the extra money go? Did the government get it?
If I ever buy another one, I want to pay for it in Euro's

2 euros - camelot then work out the exchange rate and round it up to the nearest 10p. The extra pennies go into the UK jackpot apparently

Stupid. For the pence you will save anyhow buying in Euros all I see is another moan at rip off britian. We have a choice. We deal in Euros or Pounds. You'll moan if its in Euros (in which case you'd pay 2Euros a lotto ticket) and want to keep the pound. you keep the pound and complain your being ripped off....

Britian is being ruined by the Brits more than the so called problem immigrants etc.... Bunch of moaning ar$es

And the TRUE exchange rate is VERY close to €1.5 to the £, so WE should be paying £1.333 per ticket, making the rip-off here even worse.

Who wants to bet it goers DIRECT to Lying Labour to pay them back for giving the Camel Lot the Lottery back again, after the Govt first said Camelot couldn't even BID again?

What's REALLY ruining this country is the PC brigade, the yellow spined "sorry" brigade, and the apologists that WON'T stand up for themselves, and the country, but just bend over, drop their trousers, and wait........and expect everyone else to do the same......then call us when we don't want to
