...someone comes along and redefines 'moron' yet again

This morning I was driving to work along the A331, a busy dual carriageway. The inside lane is nose-to-tail lorries and vans, so I'm in the outside lane. I'm following the car in front at about 60mph and leaving a decent gap.

Behind me is a guy in a black Vauxhall Corsa, with a Bluetooth earpiece in one ear, leaving no more than a couple of car lengths. He has one hand on the wheel, and is waving the other around in front of his face.

We reach a roundabout and both turn left onto the A31. He's soon behind me again, driving erratically and still waving one hand around in front of his face. I've had enough at this point and pull over to let him past. As he overtakes I see what he's doing...

I'm still staring in disbelief when I pass the mobile speed camera van 300 yards later

Nice to see the police out and about on our roads, catching the most dangerous drivers. Not.

Anyone know the name and address of the Chief Constable for Surrey?
