it also says alot for how the bib see the public,
on one hand they will persue with zeal over trivial pc or trendy offences, but for others they hardly get a response.
shame the judge didnt ask the arresting officer, his superior and his superior, to come along and explain why they chose to waste time with such stupidity
will warrants now be issued for that offence??
and they wonder why confidance is at an all time low
