Bl**dy flu!!!!
Been ill for 6 days now, am totally pi**sed off!!!
This is the second time in 6 years that my xmas hols have been ruined by it.
Cannot even have a drink!

With having asthma, I could have had the flu jab which could have prevented this, was too busy with work though

If you had flu, ie, influenza, you wouldn't be able to get out of bed for 1-2 weeks, type, read SN, eat, drink, etc.
What you have is the common cold. It's a common virus a lot of people catch at this time of year. Commonly mistaken as 'flu by gaybots

Ive had flu too, what a waste of time, symptoms as above but managed to pizza pavement outside the chemist cause i felt that **** (almost got some granny in fur booties lol) I feel like utter crap and still nowhere near normal.
On the plus side, lost weight
HOWEVER peeps with flu, get yourself down twinnings and get orange and malibo FLAVOUR) drink, works super well, tastes nice hot or cold and has lots of good sugar in it. Unblocks your sinises really easily ! and you can drink as much as you want, unlike lemsip
