Default HAPPY NEW YEAR - Divorce advice please

hi guys and gals

all the best to you all for '06

i have recently finished amicable divorce proceedings and the ex agreed to pay half of the costs.

does this inclde my solicitors fees too or just the court costs???

I would guess, just the court costs,
she'll have her own solicitor fees, surely

yeah she has.

but i dont want the solicitors charging her for half my sols fees too. both our solicitors are charging for every single question/piece of advice hence why i am asking good old reliable scoobynetters

My ex and I paid our own costs, i.e. half court costs each plus our own solicitors' fees.
